Iaido
Iaido, which may be translated as 'the way of harmonizing oneself in action,' emphasizes a calm mind and precise movements while drawing, cutting, and resheathing an iaito (a metal Japanese practice sword). For more information, follow this link.

Shinto Muso Ryu Jo
A 400 year old Japanese martial art of jojutsu and kenjutsu, the arts of the Japanese short staff and the Japanese sword. For more information, follow this link.
